The TAC has finalised draft materials for this project and would like your feedback.

The TAC reviewed 23 units relevant to the Stevedoring qualification, and developed one new unit in automated equipment.

The Transport and Logistics IRC is currently forming a TAC for the Stevedoring Qualifications Review project.

Your industry expertise and insight is welcome to help review and develop Qualifications, Skill Sets and Units of Competency to align with current regulatory requirements.

The Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC) has commissioned the review of the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package. The project incorporates the review of Stevedoring qualifications and their associated Units of Competency to align with regulatory requirements.

This project includes the revision of:

  • Three qualifications
  • Ten Skill Sets
  • 73 Units of Competency and
  • The development of four new Units of Competency

The Transport and Logistics Industry Reference Committee (IRC) will have oversight of this project, which will be facilitated by Australian Industry Standards (AIS) in consultation with industry stakeholders. A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will be formed.
