At Australian Industry Standards, we have a deep-seated passion for skills development and its power to set our industries apart from their international competitors and to transform the lives of individuals.

We work under the direction of 11 Industry Reference Committees that represent industries which keep Australia productive, powered and secure.


IRCs drive priorities for the review and development of Training Packages. They are made up of people with experience, skills and knowledge of their particular industry sector.

It is their job to ensure Training Packages address the needs of employers, employees, training organisations and students.
